Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By using any part of the website, you agree to these terms that we may introduce from time to time. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/ or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, then you may not access or use any of its services.

This website Avasiaonline is applicable for retail and personal use purchases only. We strive to do everything to respect the trust customers we have in our product line and our commitment to your privacy is no exception.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. You can place an order either:
    • On our website by adding goods to your cart; or
    • By telephone number specified on our website.
  2. You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are complete and accurate.
  3. No contract exists between you and us, for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation in writing “Order Confirmation” to the email address you gave at the time you order.  At the time of acceptance, there is a legally binding contract between us and the payment shall be taken by the method you selected at the time of your order prior to dispatch. The Order Confirmation will set out:
    • Your order number;
    • Delivery date and method;
    • Order summary including product details, the total cost of the goods ordered (exclusive of VAT) and delivery charges;
    • Your billing address;
    • Your shipping address;
  4. A further email will be sent to you when the goods are ready to be dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). The Dispatch Confirmation includes a link to enable you to view and track your Order. You cannot make changes to your order after we have sent the Dispatch Confirmation.

ACCEPTABLE USE

This website is not intended to use by, or targeted to, anyone who are at least 12 years old but not yet eighteen (18) years old, if so, you must review these terms with your parent or guardian and you must understand and agree to these terms in order for you to use this website. If you or your parent or guardians do not agree to these terms, then you must immediately stop using this website.

You may not use our products for any illegal purposes nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the terms and conditions will result in an immediate termination of your account.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENTS

We don’t accept Cash on Delivery as a form of payment. Avasiaonline requires a full payment upon purchase order through Gcash, Paymaya, and Direct Bank Deposit.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by bogus buyers, limited quantities, fictitious account information and doubtful payment scheme.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contract you as needed.

PRICING POLICY

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without any prior notice. This may be due to the consequence of supplier price changes.

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices of our goods are updated and accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, either before or at the time of our acceptance of your order, we shall contact you either by telephone or by email using the telephone or by email you provided to us at the time you order.

DELIVERY

The total delivery fees will be sent together with the payment instructions when we verify your orders. We shall ensure that the goods are accompanied by a delivery receipt which shows:

  1. Your order number;
  2. Delivery date and method;
  3. Order summary including product details, the total cost of the goods ordered (exclusive of VAT) and delivery charges;
  4. Your billing address;
  5. Your shipping address;

CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  1. Once we delivered or ready to delivery the goods or you already received our “Dispatch Confirmation” you cannot cancel your order.
  2. However, Avasiaonline may only allow an order to be cancelled if you don’t receive yet our advising that your order is ready to deliver with in 3 to 5 days, and subject to the processing charge provided for in this clause 3.
  3. A processing charge may apply in respect of all products returned other than due to defects covered by the warranty. Avasiaonline reserves the right to apply a handling charge of 20% of invoice value.
  4. You must submit orders using the Avasiaonline numbers and the priced units used on the Avasiaonline website. If the Customer orders the wrong product or number of products, or duplicates orders you can contact our sales representative to correct it. But you cannot make changes to your order after we have sent the Dispatch Confirmation.
  5. Customers may only return products to Avasiaonline , and receive a credit or refund and on the following conditions:
  • The Customer must contact Avasiaonline in advance to obtain prior consent. All request is subject to final approval of the Avasiaonline Sales Team.
  • We will only accept return that has been made within 14 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery receipt).
  • Products must be returned to Avasiaonline in their original condition and packaging, unused and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale; It must be packed in good quality and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: Avasia Information Systems, Unit 2, 5th Floor Bloimingdale Plaza, Shaw Blvd, Pasig City.
  • or all return, only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipment and Handling costs, as well as any Tax or Duty incurred are nonrefundable.
