  1. Where do you deliver? We deliver within Metro Manila and ship out to the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. 
  2. How much will it cost to deliver my item/s? Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of an item you order and the delivery location.
  3. What is the Delivery Lead Time? Please allow us to deliver within 4 to 7 working days upon receipt of your confirmation. Rest assured that our teams are working tirelessly to get your orders the soonest possible time but please bear with us if for some reason your order has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as third-party shipper, inclement weather conditions, road closures and other eventuality that is beyond our control. We will notify you until your order reached you. To follow up your order, you can text/call us at 0917-834-0896 or email us at sales@avasiaonline.com.
  4. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays? Most of the time we deliver orders only on weekdays. Under special situation, we can arrange delivery on Saturday and Holidays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and you are available to receive or authorized representative are there.
  5. What if I am not at home when the package arrives? Please leave an authorization letter and one valid government ID that you are authorizing a representative to receive the item/s on your behalf. Please ensure that your authorized representative shall show his/her valid ID as well. We will not release the item without complying to these procedures to make sure your order is well protected.
  6. Can you deliver my order to my office? Yes! We deliver anywhere within Metro Manila and to any part of the country on separate delivery fee arrangement.
  7. Can I pick up my order at Avasiaonline’s office? Yes, our office is located at 5th floor Bloomingdale Plaza, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Shaw Blvd., Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  8. How to change my address? Simply visit our website and review your information on your delivery address and confirm the information is correct by clicking the switch button.
  9. How to claim warranty? We suggest to call our helpdesk to conduct initial phone support that might help solve the problem. If the phone support did not work, you can bring the unit to us at 5th Floor Bloomingdale Plaza Shaw Blvd., Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Please bring the proof of purchase.

  1. What is your contact number? Please call us through telephone (02) 8671-0072 or cellphone 0917-834-0896 from Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturday (9am-5pm) or you can visit our office at 5th Floor Bloomingdale Plaza, Shaw Blvd., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Manila.

  1. Can I order without an account on Avasiaonline? You need to create an account to process your order.
  2. Can I order products over the phone? Yes, we take orders over the phone. Upon completion of your order we will send thru email your quotation for further review and confirmation.
  3. How do I order? You must be logged in first to our website, just click the Register/Sign button then fill up the required information and browse through our selection of products! After that, type in the quantity (just below the item price) and click 'Add to Cart', to continue shopping, click ‘Continue Shopping’, to pay for your order, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the Checkout Page, you must fill all the information required then select the type of payment, check the checkbox if you agree with the terms and conditions and click ‘Place Order’ to finish the transaction.
  4. I ordered already and checked out but what will I do if I want to add some goods? You can just order again (add to cart and checkout). Just let us know on the ‘Order Notes’ section if you want us to deliver the two orders together.
  5. Do the items have a warranty? Yes. The warranty information always comes to the specification of the item that you will be getting. If you need a warranty upgrade, let us know so we can provide you a separate price proposal.
  6. Will I receive an order confirmation after placing an order? Yes, an order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.
  7. I placed my order and confirmed payment with Avasiaonline, what should I do next? Send us a copy of your payment receipt for validation and you will receive an email notification of your order.

  1. What payment methods do you accept? We only accept payment through Gcash, Paymaya and Electronic Bank Transfer.
  2. Which banks can I pay? You can pay us through any bank that you have, we also accept Gcash, Paymaya or simply bank transfer.
  3. How we can ensure that our payment secured? Your security is important to us that’s why we chose only the payment gateway that is proven secured as those payment facilities mentioned above.
  4. How do I know if my payment is successful? You will receive an email or you can contact us and email your reference to expedite the validation of your payment.
  5. Can I refund my payment if ever I changed my mind? No. Strictly no refunds of payment once you decided to place your order and signify your payment. Please note that we process order based on your selection and we only order from our channel partner your desired item only for you.

  1. How do I reset my password? If you need a new password, there is a 'Forgotten password?' link on the sign-in page. Click on this, enter your email address, and then follow the instructions in the reset email.
