How much will it cost to deliver my item/s? Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of an item you order and the delivery location.
What is the Delivery Lead Time? Please allow us to deliver 4 to 7 working days. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays? No, orders are delivered only during weekdays. Please double check your shipping address to ensure that you are available upon delivery.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives? You can provide an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID to your representative to claim your purchase on your behalf. Your authorized representative should also present a valid ID upon delivery for proof of identity.
My order status is delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do? To avoid improper receive of your order, please make sure you have provided the correct address, contact person, and telephone number. Using that information, we will verify prior to delivering and as much as possible we will not issue the item if there will be a discrepancy on the side of the receiver.

The client has to deliver the warranty item to us and some forms need to be filled up by the client and when the item already fixed, we will deliver it to the client location. Do I still need to pay the delivery fee and how much it will cost? Yes. The fee charged will be based on the client location.

How do I order? You must be logged in first into our website, just click the Register/Sign then fill up the information needs and browse through our selection of products! After that, type in the quantity (just below the item price) and click 'Add to Cart', to continue shopping, click ‘Continue Shopping’, to pay for your order, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the Checkout Page, you must fill all the information required then select the type of payment, check the checkbox if you agree with the terms and conditions and click ‘Place Order’ to finish the transaction.
I ordered already and checked out but what will I do if I want to add some goods? You can just order again (add to cart and checkout). Just let us know on the ‘Order Notes’ section if you want us to deliver the two orders together.
Do the items have a warranty? Is it months or years and how many years/months will be valid? Yes. The warranty validation will be depending on the items that you’ve ordered.

I have ordered and confirmed my payment with Avasiaonline, what should I do next? Once your order has been verified, we will take care of everything for you. You will receive a notification about the status of your order. All you have to do is wait for your package to be delivered.
