  1. Where do you deliver? We deliver within and outside Metro Manila. 
  2. How much will it cost to deliver my item/s? Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of an item you order and the delivery location.
  3. What is the Delivery Lead Time? Please allow us to deliver 4 to 7 working days. Rest assured that our teams are working tirelessly to get your orders to you at the soonest time possible but please bear with us if for some reason your order has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as the third-party shipper, inclement weather conditions, road closures and other eventuality that is beyond our control.   4. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays? No, orders are delivered only during weekdays. Please double check your shipping address to ensure that you are available upon delivery.
  5. What if I am not at home when the package arrives? You can provide an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID to your representative to claim your purchase on your behalf. Your authorized representative should also present a valid ID upon delivery for proof of identity.
  6. My order status is delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do? To avoid improper receive of your order, please make sure you have provided the correct address, contact person, and telephone number. Using that information, we will verify prior to delivering and as much as possible we will not issue the item if there will be a discrepancy on the side of the receiver.
  7. Can Avasiaonline deliver my order to my office?Yes! Avasiaonline will deliver your order following the address you provided in checkout page, whether it is your house or office address.
  8. Can I pick up my order at Avasiaonline’s office? Yes, our office is located at 5th floor Bloomingdale Plaza, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Shaw Blvd., Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  9. How to change my address? In our website, you can put different shipping and delivery address. Once you decided if these addresses will be your default shipping or billing address, look for the button where you can switch it on.
  10. What’s the warranty method? The client has to deliver the warranty item to us and some forms need to be filled up by the client and when the item already fixed, we will deliver it to the client location. Do I still need to pay the delivery fee and how much it will cost? Yes. The fee charged will be based on the client location.

  1. Can I order without an account on Avasiaonline? You need to register first or sign in to your Avasiaonline account before you can make a purchase.
  2. Can I order products over the phone? Yes, we take phone numbers or call as an alternative way to purchase.
  3. How do I order? You must be logged in first into our website, just click the Register/Sign then fill up the information needs and browse through our selection of products! After that, type in the quantity (just below the item price) and click 'Add to Cart', to continue shopping, click ‘Continue Shopping’, to pay for your order, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. On the Checkout Page, you must fill all the information required then select the type of payment, check the checkbox if you agree with the terms and conditions and click ‘Place Order’ to finish the transaction.
  4. I ordered already and checked out but what will I do if I want to add some goods? You can just order again (add to cart and checkout). Just let us know on the ‘Order Notes’ section if you want us to deliver the two orders together.
  5. Do the items have a warranty? Is it months or years and how many years/months will be valid? Yes. The warranty validation will be depending on the items that you’ve ordered.
  6. Will I receive an order confirmation after placing an order? An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.
  7. I have ordered and confirmed my payment with Avasiaonline, what should I do next? Once your order has been verified, we will take care of everything for you. You will receive a notification about the status of your order. All you have to do is wait for your package to be delivered.

  1. What payment methods do you accept? We only accept payment through Gcash, Paymaya, Paypal and electronic fund transfer via bank account.
  2. How we can ensure that our payment secured? Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. We do not retain your bank information or other payment methods you chose after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks. Payment for your purchases can only be done through the checkout page by choosing from the accepted payment such as Gcash, Paypal, and Bank Transfer. All payment instructions will be provided by SarisariPH in our secure “Checkout Page”.
  3. Can I refund my payment if ever I changed my mind? No. Strictly no refunds of payment once you confirmed and your payment has been made.
  4. How do I know if my payment is successful? Please contact us and email your reference to expedite the validation of your payment.

  1. How do I reset my password? If you need a new password, there is a 'Forgotten password?' link on the sign-in page. Click on this, enter your email address, and then follow the instructions in the reset email.
